Water Treatability Study
JRCC completed a Water Treatability Study for the Eabametoong First Nation where colour and THMs were above guidelines. The works included both laboratory and onsite water testing programs, as well as a complete condition review of the plant. A multi-stage testing program was conducted to identify short-term methods to improve chlorine residual for the purpose of eliminating the need for a boil water advisory. The study also involved a review of cost effective, reliable, long-term water treatment solutions, and included the preparation of a complete and technically sound report.
